Core Roles:  Venue Liaison -Ticketing & Registration Manager - Catering Liaison - Program Coordinator.   

Hospitality Liaison:  

Key Duties:  Secure banquet venue - negotiate contracts - Finalize menu and catering needs - Oversee ticket sales and promotion (in collaboration with MAC Teams) - Manage seating, stage setup, and AV needs - Coordinate banquet program (speakers, awards, special music) 

Core Roles:  Assist baptism team with baptisms

Key Duties:  Clean and prepare baptismal garments - Ensure baptismal pool is set up and ready before each service. 

Core Roles:  Nursery Coordinator - Age Group Supervisors - Check-In-Manager - Curriculum Planner - Float Volunteer Lead 

Key Duties:  Provide safe, structured childcare during services and workshops - Train volunteers for supervision and spiritual lessons - Create age-appropriate curriculum - Manage secure check-in and check-out process

Core Roles:  Crusade Chorus Director - Song Leader Coordinator - Regional Choir Recruitment Lead - Music Logistics & Rehearsal Manager - AV/Microphone Liaison 

Key Duties:  Recruit and rehearse chorus members across congregations - Coordinate multiple choirs (adult, youth, children if needed) - Train and assign song leaders for services - Distribute song selections in advance - Coordinate microphones and stage placement with AV team

Core Roles:  Outreach Coordinator - Material Distributor - Route Leader - Orientation Trainer - Follow-Up Coordinator  

Key Duties:  Lead daily evangelism efforts during the crusade - Train volunteers on outreach methods - Partner with local congregations for baptisms and Bible studies - Coordinate with phone evangelism teams

Core Roles:  Carnival/Festival Logistics Coordinator - GospelConcert Coordinator - Vendor/Food Truck Liaison - Booth Activities Supervisor - Safety and Permits Lead 

Key Duties:  Plan festival events (games, choirs, cultural booths, food trucks) - Manage permits and insurance requirements with the city - Recruit volunteers for setup and cleanup - Ensure festival integrates evangelism outreach

Core Roles:  Host/Hostess Scheduler - Airport Greeter Lead - Registration Table Coordinator - Info Desk Coordinator  

Key Duties:  Recruit, train, and schedule hospitality workers - Greet and transport out-of-town guests - Provide information desks at venue and hotels - Assist attendees with directions and accommodations.

Core Roles:  Media Liaison - Social Media Manager - Graphic Designer - Press Release Coordinator - Live Event Coverage Coordinator - Website Content Manager - Crusade App Manager  Key Duties:  Research outlets - Create ad strategy - Draft press kits - Develop posting calendar - Schedule paid ads - Coordinate with other committees for promotion - Maintain consistent branding and visibility across platforms

N. Medical & Health Services Committee
Core Roles:
- First Aid Coordinator
- Medical Volunteer Recruiter
- Emergency Response Liaison
- Equipment & Supply Lead
Key Duties:
- Staff first aid stations with qualified volunteers
- Establish emergency medical plans with local EMS
- Provide health and hygiene kits as needed
- Document and report any incidents

Core Roles:  City Rally Coordinator - Kickoff Rally Planner - Program Developer - AV/Tech Lead - Volunteer Manager - Fundraising Coordinator 

Key Duties:  Host 3-6 rallies in the lead-up to the crusade - Select venues, Speakers, and musical guests - Promote rallies as fundraisers and momentum builders - Coordinate with MAC for promotion and Finance for fundraising

- Registration Director
- Online Registration Manager
- On-Site Check-In Manager
- Credential/Badge Coordinator
- Financial Liaison
Key Duties:
- Manage registration system and database
- Oversee payment collection with Finance
- Prepare and distribute badges/wristbands
- Staff registration tables during the crusade

Core Roles:
- Security Director
- Crowd Control Supervisor
- Venue Security Liaison
- Emergency Response Coordinator
Key Duties:
- Partner with local security/police as needed
- Recruit and train volunteer-security team
- Ensure safe traffic flow, parking, and access
- Oversee emergency response and evacuation protocols

Core Roles: Transportation Director - Airport Pickup Coordinator
- Shuttle/Bus Manager - Evangelism Transport Liaison
- Volunteer Driver Coordinator
Key Duties:  - Coordinate transportation for crusade attendees - Manage shuttles, buses, or vans for participants and guests - Work closely with the Evangelism Fieldwork Committee to transport teams to churches and outreach sites - Develop schedules for pickups and drop-offs - Ensure vehicles are properly staffed, insured, and fueled

Ushers Committee
Core Roles:
- Chief Usher
- Section Team Leads
- Seating Coordinator
- Offering Coordinator
Key Duties:
- Manage seating and order during worship
- Collect offerings in coordination with Finance
- Distribute programs, communion supplies if needed
- Work with Hospitality to guide guests

Core Roles:  Young Adult Director - Panel/Workshop Coordinator - Fellowship Activities Planner - Social Media Engagement Lead -Key Duties:  Plan sessions for ages 18-35 (faith, relationships, career) - Organize devotionals, mixers, and networking events - Partner with outh and general program committees for crossover sessions - Use social media for targeted outreach to young adults

Core Roles:  Women's Program Director - Speaker Liaison - Workshop Coordinator - Fellowship Coordinator 

Key Duties:  Organize special sessions designed for women - Invite female speakers, panelists, and teachers - Coordinate fellowship brunches or activities - Ensure women's sessions align with overall crusade goals

Core Roles:  Youth Director - Workshop Coordinator - Chaperone Manager - Activities Lead - Speaker Liaison 

Key Duties: Develop youth workshops and activities - Confirm youth-focused speakers - Coordinate evening devotionals - Ensure safety and supervision of youth attendees
